Well, where do I even begin? Government hard at work destroying trails on the taxpayers dime. Probably using funds from the discover passes that they made us buy in order to access the outdoors. Citing environmental concerns and a $2.1 million dollar lawsuit. Seriously, environmental concerns? He failed to mention how they've contracted that land out to timber companies who are up there right now literally bulldozing trees. "Mountain bikers are still welcome to ride the forest service roads here." Really? Who is going to drive all the way out their to pedal their mountain bike up a super steep service road where logging trucks are transiting back and forth when they can do the same thing right here in Bellingham? Thanks for the offer DNR. And for the $2.1 million dollar lawsuit, I don't think there is much chance of that happening. I would like the see one example of someone winning a lawsuit against the state for getting injured on public lands. Yet another glaring example of how the government almost always looks out for its own interests rather than the interests of the people. Hopefully someday we will learn that the less government we have the better off we will all be

While I agree that it would be awesome if these companies offered health insurance to their sponsored athletes, I don't believe they should be forced to do so. They should have the freedom to run their company as they see fit. Athletes looking for sponsorship should be aware of this and should consider the risk/gain.

Support of Obama/Biden and peace? That trucks owner must be confused. They must not know about Syria, Egypt, Lybia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somilia, Iran, Iraq, and wherever else Obama is sending troops around the world. If they want peace and the troops to come home, they should have a Ron Paul Bumper Sticker instead.
